Panko-Parmesan Chicken Tenders Recipe

Panko-Parmesan Chicken Tenders RecipeIngredients

1 package chicken tenders, or sliced boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
dried parsley flakes
1 large egg


  1. Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and salt in another shallow bowl.
  2. Dredge chicken tenders in egg first, then in all the bread crumb mixture.
  3. Place on a broiler pan sprayed with non-stick spray and cook at 400 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with honey, if desired.
