1 package chicken tenders, or sliced boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
dried parsley flakes
1 large egg
- Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and salt in another shallow bowl.
- Dredge chicken tenders in egg first, then in all the bread crumb mixture.
- Place on a broiler pan sprayed with non-stick spray and cook at 400 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Serve with honey, if desired.
